I am having problems accessing my product via OneLogin?

If you are a subscriber to Dun & Bradstreet's services and are having problems getting to your Product Log In page using your usual web link, please follow the below instructions. 

  • Users who have a OneLogin URL saved as a favourite (https://dnb.onelogin.com/) will need to change the URL to the new D&B SSO login URL, which is  https://sso.dnb.com

  • Users who have multiple D&B services will need to use both OneLogin and SSO until the migration is complete.

  • Users who have saved specific client-facing solution URLs as their favourites in their web browers can continue to use those saved URLs without having to re-sign in, as user credentials will be transferred automatically.
