I am receiving an error message when trying to conduct a consumer search, what can I do?

If you are receiving an error message when conducting consumer searches, please contact Customer Services.

The customer services team will be able to manage the TransUnion credentials and raise tickets to the support desk on your behalf.


Please note : Consumer login credentials have a built in password expiry date - once the credentials require a reset you will need to speak with Customer Services to facilitate this.
