How do I manage my users within D&B Credit?
Only the administrator will be able to administer users.
The User administration options can be found in the drop-down menu in the top right.
Adding a new user
To add a new user, click on the New User button
and fill in the required fields. A email will be sent to the email provided as the User ID when you click save.
Deleting a User
Administrators are unable to fully delete a user from the system. They can however deactivate a user at any time by clicking on the relevant user name and setting their status to Inactive.
