My access to DBAI is blocked. How can I reactivate this?
After 4 unsuccessful log-in attempts, access to DBAI, our web service, will be blocked. This is normally the result of an incorrect password. After the 4th attempt a message is shown in the left-hand frame with an option to reactivate your account. Click on the link and you will sent detailed instructions in a email on how to reactivate the account and to choose a new password.
