How can I track an investigation?

When you request an investigation on a business you will receive an investigation reference and the investigation will then be stored within your product and the current status will be reflected. 

This is displayed in different regions depending on your product.


DBAI : Investigations are stored within My Portfolio > My Investigations

D&B Credit : Investigations are stored within the user menu > Investigations

OnBoard : Investigations are stored within the Investigations tab


Once an investigation is complete you will be emailed the returned report and the investigation will be updated as completed within your platform.

If you need to contact customer service about an outstanding investigation, then please quote the Investigation Reference number provided on the Investigation Confirmation page.
